Link pages
A link page shows your name, a short bio, and buttons that open your short links, at name.flared.site. Free includes 1 page with a “Made with Flared” badge.
Plus and Founding Lifetime include 10 pages without the badge, payment cards, embeds,
and a page at the root of your own domain.
Make a page
In the dashboard, open Pages and select New page. Choose a template (Creator, Musician, Shop, Developer, Business, or Event) or Blank, and an address. A template fills in sample blocks; give each button a link, then select Save. The preview shows the page as visitors see it. Changes show on the page within a minute.
Anyone in the workspace can make and change pages. Turn a page off from its menu to take it offline; its address then answers “not found” until you turn it on again.
Page address
The address (handle) has 3 to 30 lowercase letters, digits, and single hyphens, and starts and ends with a letter or digit. Some words, such as service names and well-known brands, are reserved. You can change the address: the old one sends visitors to the new one for 90 days, then answers “not found”. An address that a workspace used stays with it, also after you delete the page, so nobody else can take an address that you shared. A workspace can hold 50 addresses, current and old.
Blocks
- Button
- A label and a short link of the workspace. Pick a link, or paste an address and Flared makes the short link.
- Header
- A line of text that starts a group of buttons.
- Social links
- Icons for up to 20 profiles: X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, Threads, Bluesky, Twitch, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Spotify, SoundCloud, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and Email. Each address must be on the network’s own site; Email takes an email address.
- Payment card
- Plus. A product name, an optional price and description, and a short link to a checkout page on Stripe, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, or Gumroad. The buyer pays on that page. Flared never takes, holds, or reports money.
- Embed
- Plus. A player or booking page from YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Cal.com, or Calendly. Paste the address of the video, track, or booking page.
A page holds up to 100 blocks. Each block can have a start and an end time, so a button can show only during a sale or before an event. A button or a payment card hides while its link is off, and a payment card also hides when its link no longer opens the provider’s checkout. Sign-up forms are not available yet.
Look
Choose one of 12 themes: Paper, Ink, Ember, Forest, Ocean, Grape, Sun, Mint, Slate, Terminal, Rose, and Newsprint. Every theme is on every plan. Then change the colours, the font, the button shape (square, rounded, or pill), and the button style (filled or outline). Add an avatar and a background image: PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MB each. A new theme keeps your blocks.
Custom domain
On Plus, a page can show at the root of a domain of the workspace, such as https://go.example.com. Short links on that domain keep working. A domain shows
one page. Choose the domain in the page’s Address section; the domain must be active under
Domains.
Analytics and QR code
The page’s Analytics view shows views by day, country, device, referrer, browser, and operating system, and the clicks on each button that came from the page. Page views do not use your monthly click allowance. Button clicks count as clicks of their links. Bots are not counted, and history follows your plan: 30 days on Free and 365 days on Plus. The QR code view makes a QR code of the page address.
Safety
A page runs no scripts, sets no cookies, and loads nothing from other sites, except the players of its embeds. When you save a page, Flared checks each new button and card destination with Google Web Risk and refuses one that it lists as unsafe. Flared checks the destinations again each day and blocks a link that becomes unsafe.
Report a page that breaks the terms at flared.page/report with its address. A blocked page tells visitors that it is not available, and its owner cannot change it until the block ends.
Plan changes
After a change from Plus to Free, every page stays up with the badge, and payment cards, embeds, and the page on your own domain keep showing. You cannot add pages above the Free limit, or add new payment cards, embeds, or a domain. See pricing.
API and AI assistants
GET and POST /v1/pages and GET, PATCH,
and DELETE /v1/pages/{id} list, create, change, and delete pages, with
the scopes links:read and links:write. PUT /v1/pages/{id}/avatar-image and /background-image take an image as the request body. GET /v1/pages/{id}/analytics (analytics:read) returns
the views and button clicks. The OpenAPI description has every field.
Through the MCP server, your AI assistant can read, make, and change pages. It cannot upload images or delete a page.
list_pages- Lists the pages of the workspace.
get_page- Gets a page by its ID or handle, with every block.
create_page- Creates a page with a handle, a title, a bio, a theme, and blocks.
update_page- Changes a page or turns it off or on. The blocks replace the whole list.
